Leading North-Italian freight distribution hub expanding intermodal routing network across Western Europe. Looking for meticulous coordinators proficient in logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and delivery manifests for regional logistics fleet\n- Monitor inventory receiving, warehouse slotting, and safety compliance\n- Communicate with international transport drivers and customs agents
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years experience in freight, warehouse management systems (WMS), or dispatch\n- Working knowledge of Italian and English languages\n- Detail-oriented mindset with good spreadsheet proficiency
