By utilizing our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that VisaApplyOnline is a private entity and is NOT an immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or government body.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Decision

The decision to grant or refuse any travel visa, student permit, or work authorization is the sole, sovereign prerogative of the respective government department (such as the Australian Department of Home Affairs, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or Italian diplomatic missions). VisaApplyOnline makes NO representation, guarantee, or warranty that an application will be approved, processed within specific timeframes, or granted without additional consular interviews.

3. Applicant Truthfulness and Evidentiary Responsibility

The applicant certifies that all information, declarations, and uploaded supporting documents submitted to VisaApplyOnline are genuine, accurate, and complete. Submitting forged documents or false statements is illegal and will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may lead to statutory immigration bans.

4. Fee Structure and Government Charges

All private consultancy fees charged by VisaApplyOnline are independent of official government consular lodgement levies, biometric collection charges, medical examination fees, or police check expenses. Government fees are non-refundable once lodged with immigration authorities.

5. International Job Application Portal

Job vacancies listed on our portal are published based on employer declarations. Applying for a job vacancy does not create an employment relationship with VisaApplyOnline. Official employment contracts and visa sponsorship nominations are entered into strictly between the candidate and the hiring employer.
